The Learner's Dashboard
Welcome to the redesigned CLC Dashboard that features content from our many CoreLogic Products.
To get started, select a product to find a list of current educational opportunities. Featured New User content is located at the top and any live virtual instructor led training is listed towards the bottom of the page.
The Learner's Dashboard
If you are a vendor and work for more than one company that provides CoreLogic training, then you will have multiple dashboards.
Different companies have different training requirements so these dashboards may look different.
To switch between dashboards, use the drop down box at the top of the screen.
To view your account click the carrot by your name in the top right-hand corner.
A drop down appears, and then select either Account or Transcript.
Events
There are several ways live training Events may appear on your dashboard in the My Learning section.
Events that have been:
1. Click the Events tab
2. Select Start VILT/Webinar to access the event
3. Select the Reschedule hyperlink to choose a new date/time (if applicable)
Once the Event opens, if there are self-paced learning or resources available, they will be displayed similarly to the example below.
When you are assigned training, it may be a virtual instructor-led training event referred to as VILT/Webinar or an in-person training displayed as Live Training.
Self-Paced Training (pre-work) may be associated with VILT/Webinars and Live Training.
Courses
Courses and the self-paced learning included with Events are both structured the same way. There are a few areas to watch when starting a course.
1. Select Continue or Start Course from the Dashboard
2. Watch for the indicators in the course to show when Sections, Lessons, and Pages have been completed
3. Review the course content

Videos
Most courses contain videos. The video's title will display the viewing length - HH:MM:SS.
You can view the video in full screen by selecting the indicated icon.
Interactive Activities
To offer a learning experience that encourages learner participation, several activities have been added to courses to build or test knowledge.
All Interactive activities will include instructions on how to proceed, but below are some of the most common.
Hands-On Activities
Hands-on activities are a normal part of most courses. There are 2 important things to remember to be successful in participating in these activities.
Install Mobile Claims.
This must be completed before you begin training. For help, click the icon to check out the job aid.
Accept your CoreLogic Claims University training account
for Claims Connect and Mobile Claims as soon as possible.
Do all of your hands-on practice in that training account.
Practice Claims
The training will instruct you to create a practice claim before working in Mobile Claims or Claims Connect. This claim is where you can build skills in both applications. Instructions are provided on how to set up this claim. You typically only need to do this once, as you can use the same practice claim for multiple courses.
CoreLogic Claims University
The CoreLogic Claims University (CCU) Training Account is a training environment where you can learn more about Mobile Claims and Claims Connect using the practice claim that you create.
Benefits of using a Training Account:
*All learning community members use this account, do not use any personally identifiable information in your training claim.
Knowledge Checks & Assessments
Most courses will include knowledge checks after a section and then an end of course assessment. You can use your notes and the CoreLogic® Claims Platform to answer the questions. Some courses will not show complete until the end of course assessment is passed.
Learning Paths
A Learning Path is a collection of courses designed for specific training. You may be automatically registered for a Learning Path which will show on your dashboard.
1. Select Continue or Start Learning Path from the Dashboard
2. Complete the courses in the order presented
3. Register early for the VILT event associated, if applicable
4. Pass the end-of-training Assessment, if applicable
