About Certification
CoreLogic Claims Certification is a way to validate your knowledge and proficiency within CoreLogic Claims | Workspace (Claims Connect) and CoreLogic Claims | Estimate (Mobile Claims). Our examination and certification will verify your abilities with the software.

CoreLogic Learning Community (CLC) to review the exam requirements and complete your payment.

After completing your payment, you will immediately be able to access a link to the exam.

What to Expect from the Exam:
Once you complete your registration and receive your email from CoreLogic Learning, you are ready to begin the exam. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

The exam is proctored using AI technology. You will be prompted to:
- Close all open browser windows
- Test your Webcam
- Test your Microphone
- Present a Photo ID

MULTIPLE CHOICE
In your final step you will be presented ​with 50 multiple choice questions:
- 12 questions based on your prepared estimates from step 2
- 38 knowledge-based questions
- You may have Claims Estimate and Workspace open during your exam
You will need to reference your prepared estimates.
You will use these prepared estimates to answer questions in the multiple choice portion of the exam.
How long should I expect it to take?
About 10-15 minutes

Time Limit:
2 hours
Passing Score:
75%
All three steps must be completed in one sitting

This exam is proctored with Record and Review technology. For more details, please visit How do I take a Record and Review Proctoring Assessment. The following is a list of requirements for Record and Review Proctoring:
- An internet connection
- A supported browser: 
- Google Chrome and the Proctorio Chrome extension
- Microsoft Edge with the Proctorio Edge Extension  
- A webcam
- A microphone
- A photo ID
- Claims Estimate (Mobile Claims)
You must authorize your browser to let Proctorio record your screen, webcam, and audio activity while taking the exam.

Photo ID requirements
In order to validate your Identity when taking your exam, you will be asked to provide a photo ID shown to your computer camera.
We accept any form of Identification that includes your name and photo.
This can include, but is not limited to:
- Government ID
- Driver’s License
- School ID
- Work badge
You may cover any other information beyond your name and photo on the ID you provide.

We value our users and their success, so we offer free CoreLogic Claims proficiency training for our users.

Level 1 Training
Learning Path Overview

- A 30 minute call to prepare ​you for successful training in ​our Learning Community.
- Upon attendance, your course ​work will be assigned to you.
- There are three courses that you must complete.
- Each course builds upon knowledge learned in the previous one.
- Approximately 9 hours total of self-paced learning.
- Use your notes and the software during the assessment.
- Unlimited attempts allowed.
- Indicator of readiness for the certification exam.
- Passing score of 80% required to receive your certificate of completion.

FOUNDATIONS
Learn the foundational knowledge ​needed to navigate the CoreLogic ​Claims Platform.

Course 3
EFFICIENCIES
Enhance your diagramming and ​estimating skills and learn how to use ​tools in efficient ways.
Approximate Time Commitment: 3.5 Hours
Level 2 Training
Training Overview
Level 2 Training consists of pre-work, three Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions, and culminates in a training assesment.
- Complete
Pre-work
- In the CoreLogic Learning Community (CLC)
- Approximately 45 minutes of work to be completed before you attend the first session
- Create a claim and a diagram to be used during the session
2. Attend
VILT Sessions
- 3 sessions, approximately 2 hours each
- Register for each separately on the CLC and take the sessions in order
- Discuss and complete hands-on practice in the CoreLogic Claims Platform
3. Take
Training Assessment
- Use your notes and the software during the assessment.
- Unlimited attempts allowed.
- Indicator of readiness for the certification exam.
- Passing score of 80% required to receive your certificate of completion.

Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs)?
Session 201
Focus: Claims Estimate
Develop your diagramming and estimating skills by applying line items to complex areas like blocks or subrooms, filtering the database to locate line items efficiently, and much more!
Session 203
Claims Workspace
Claims Estimate
Elevate your ability to tackle complex diagramming using segment mode, build-out mode, and freeform. In addition to working with searches, revisions, printing, and much more!
Each VILT is approximately 2 hours long.
