About Certification


CoreLogic Claims Certification is a way to validate your knowledge and proficiency within CoreLogic Claims | Workspace (Claims Connect) and CoreLogic Claims | Estimate (Mobile Claims). Our examination and certification will verify your abilities with the software.

What to Expect from the Exam:


Once you complete your registration and receive your email from CoreLogic Learning, you are ready to begin the exam. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

  • Test your Webcam
  • Test your Microphone
  • Present a Photo ID

In your final step you will be presented ​with 50 multiple choice questions:

  • 12 questions based on your prepared estimates from step 2
  • 38 knowledge-based questions
  • You may have Claims Estimate and Workspace open during your exam

You will need to reference your prepared estimates.

Proctoring Requirements

Photo ID requirements

In order to validate your Identity when taking your exam, you will be asked to provide a photo ID shown to your computer camera.

Chief of Surgery Id Cards

We accept any form of Identification that includes your name and photo.


This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Government ID
  • Driver’s License
  • School ID
  • Work badge


You may cover any other information beyond your name and photo on the ID you provide.

  • A 30 minute call to prepare ​you for successful training in ​our Learning Community.


  • Upon attendance, your course ​work will be assigned to you.


  • There are three courses that you must complete.


  • Each course builds upon knowledge learned in the previous one.


  • Approximately 9 hours total of self-paced learning.
  • Use your notes and the software during the assessment.


  • Unlimited attempts allowed.


  • Indicator of readiness for the certification exam.


  • Passing score of 80% required to receive your certificate of completion.

Level 2 Training

Training Overview


Level 2 Training consists of pre-work, three Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions, and culminates in a training assesment.

Pre-work

  • In the CoreLogic Learning Community (CLC)


  • Approximately 45 minutes of work to be completed before you attend the first session


  • Create a claim and a diagram to be used during the session

2. Attend

VILT Sessions

  • 3 sessions, approximately 2 hours each


  • Register for each separately on the CLC and take the sessions in order


  • Discuss and complete hands-on practice in the CoreLogic Claims Platform

3. Take

Training Assessment

  • Use your notes and the software during the assessment.


  • Unlimited attempts allowed.


  • Indicator of readiness for the certification exam.


  • Passing score of 80% required to receive your certificate of completion.
