Quick Facts:
- It is recommended to start all new jobs in the Mitigate app.
- If you have jobs that you’ve started in MICA, it is recommended to finish those in MICA.
- You will be able to search for any previous MICA jobs in Mitigate.
- Log in credentials are the same for both MICA and Mitigate.

How do I get a Support Access Code?
- Upon completion of training you will be given a Training Verification form.
- Fill out the form and answer a few questions to receive your support access code.
- Keep your code handy for future use.
Why do I need a Code?
- Mitigate is very user friendly and with a little training you will be able to stand on your own. Getting trained is the fastest way to get the knowledge that you need to be successful.
- Proof of training ensures that you have the basics covered and allows our support staff to work through true technical support needs.
